Joni Eisen Cake Portraits

Liven up your next event with an edible portrait of the guest of honor! My one-of-a-kind, bas-relief cake sculpture is always a great conversation piece. Display it throughout your party, because if you save the surprise until dessert, no one will want to destroy the artwork by eating it.

But this art is meant to be eaten. The cake is created from fresh, natural ingredients, including hormone-free dairy products, and organic eggs, flour and sugar. Edible flowers from my sunny Potrero Hill garden often complete the design.
